    GPU:
    XFX GTX 260 Core 216
XFX GTX 260 Core 216 - Just buy one of these. Still very fast (maxes out all my games at 1440x900, with the maximum amount of FSAA and AF). Cheaper after MIR and has a double lifetime warranty unlike PNY's limited warranty. I have it flashed to the Black Edition model.
Corsair CMPSU-550VX - Corsair = quality Seasonic internals at a much cheaper price. I am currently running the above GPU (XFX GTX 260 C216) on this 400W Corsair PSU. Just an FYI for how much power is really needed from the +12v (30A, to be precise).
Forget the DDR2-1066. It's useless, just stick with your old DDR2-800. It's comparably more expensive and not much faster. I'm even running my DDR2-800 downclocked to 667MHz and tightening the CAS latency to improve timings, rather than having it run faster but have worse latency.
Xigmatek HDT-S1283 - It's probably the best budget cooler ATM, but I'm not sure if it is compatible with the AM3 platform or includes a bracket for the socket.

Everything else seems fine by me.
