man those cards are ugly. Why couldn't they have a good picture on the cooler, like maybe that playboy girl we've been hearing about, rather than some dirty marine.

Oh boy, will Nvidia ever ship a new flag ship without it already burning before it arrives?

GTs is gonna be very popular for people who dont wanna deal with damn watercooling....Unless that is a picture of the gtx and it doesnt have watercooling at all.

I think that is the gtx. I think some manufacturers will ship it with a kind of built in hybrid water block on it (Although the details of it are not clear), I bet it's noisy though.

I just can't get over the fact that ir actually requires two 6 pin PSU supply ... there's goes the term "power efficient" ... :p

i dont think they would make a card water cooled only , it wouldnt make sense for nvidia , there are more air cooled owners

Unless the unit is self contained and doesnt need anything else. But how in the hell would they do that at a decent cost.

Hm... Big power usage. Wonder how the cooling is doing, because to cool down such a powerful beast is not a piece of cake :/

I think the watercooled versions will be the factory overclocked ones only. You will not be able to get a factory overclocked card without the waterblock.

I don't think so because according to the inquirer NVIDIA has banned overclocking for its G80, so we will not be seeing any factory overclcoked 8800

Finally the pics are coming in! Asus always had a penchant for weird pic on their cards, but i suppose whats under the hood matters most. My old 5200 can testify to that!

Does Nvidia have the authority to ban companies from overclocking the cards?

No it doesnt , once the cadr comapny buys the rights for the card it can do whatever it wants aslong as it has the same core and etc (well as far as i know)

i think we will see facotry overclocked cards , nvidia would be stupid to lock the overclocking capabilites of the card , but what i dont get is why the havent put GDDR4 memory in the cards , comsume's less power and is faster , doesnt make sense
