In a previous version of rivatuner, you could set an FPS limit. I downloaded 6.0 when I got the latest beta of msi afterburner, because I wanted to get my FPS on 64 bit programs, and I can't find it anymore. Am I looking in the wrong place (and if so where is the right place?) Thanks
It's right there when you open RTSS right under Custom Direct3D support and above On-Screen Display Support.
As far as I know Afterburner and RTSS does not support 64bit applications yet but will do soon. If you want to cap fps in games then use RadeonPro for AMD card for Nvidia Nspecter (not sure if that does fps limit but I think it does) Or better still download Dxtory and use that to cap fps to whatever you want and it actually supports 64bit applications. RTSS will support them soon with a new update, its being worked on atm.
