Buying a Mobo/RAM/CPU bundle and Graphics card

Would a Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 OC work well with a Asus P8Z68-V LX (Intel i5 2500k included)? Are there any bottlenecks or would the Mobo/CPU work well with the graphics card?

    While I'm at it, (about the Mobo/CPU) Is this a good bundle to buy?: Intel i5 2500k @ 4.4GHz, Asus P8Z68-V LX , 8GB Corsair 1600MHZ DDR3.

I noticed that the Asus Mobo has a PCI Express 2.0 slot but the graphics card is PCI Express 3.0. Will this be an issue??

PCIe 3.0 is supplied by an Ivy Bridge CPU. You're getting a Sandy Bridge CPU anyways which doesn't support PCIe 3.0 so you won't be losing out on much.

    Configuration looks fine by me.

Are you buying an overclocked bundle? What's the price? If you can, go with i5 3570K + Z77 instead.

PCIe bandwidth isn't an issue yet, any card released so far works fine on PCIe 2.0. PCIe revisions are backwards compatible.

7870 + 2500K is a pretty balanced combo, no obvious bottlenecks there.
