Best completely stable settings to use while playing Skyrim and games for GTX 570M?

Memory: 16GB DDR3 1333Mhz
Soundcard: TruStudio Pro

I just downloaded the Afterburner application and I would like to know the best stable setting to put it on for maximum performance with basically <0.5% risk of any damage to my card.

Hello~
The photo too small...I can't see value
You can use with the burn-in SW to test.
But Afterburner can't full support mobile GPU, maybe have something problem.
