    Ahh dont tell me noone fancy playing Counter-Strike anymore.Thats like not going to the toilet.Or not having sex.

    Its a need and i need it. LOL

    Hmm looks like i must fly over and fix the server myself.
    How many GURU's are there ? and noone wants to lift a finger.

    I wish I had time ,but i'm in a large car dispute, and also school (ap tests) are kicking my ass, and not to mention work. Oh, I guess I better mention the girlfriend too. :D

    Well, it's tricky because the server was running on my "dad's" laptop which he gave to me, but it is still university property. So I'm not sure how to go about getting it fixed, because it is something he'd have to do. (He's the manager so it's not a problem, but it's not something he needs to deal with now)

    Ooooooh, laptop, yuck.... I mean, who needs space to work anyway??? What are the bandwidth requirements like for a CS server anyway? (set up the way you had it for Guru3D), Both up and down?

    ooop... bedtime... stupid work, I mean if they didn't pay me... well, you know...

    Actually it does.... right now at work, our dsl connection is testing out at 2454/342, according to broadband reports.... in a couple months I might have a spare IP address sitting around doing nothing.... only problem would be that my co-workers occasionally chew up some of the bandwidth, but its mostly down, not up. Might have to set me up a "rogue" CS server :D

    rouge CS server, that sounds like a good idea. just make sure when your forwarding the ports to the "rogue" server that you dont have a brainfart and label it CS server.

    we need to find someone who works some where with a fat pipe like a fiber backbone, or their own OC12 or OC48
