    Hi,

This just began a week ago and I only just now found the source of it: Afterburner. Whenever I am playing a game, eventually my FPS drops to around 50 when v-sync is enabled. If I close Afterburner, the lag stops, and I open it again and the lag begins after 10 minutes or so.

I am almost 100% sure my hardware is not to blame, but I was wondering if anyone knows about this? I love Afterburner and would prefer to continue using it. Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks.

Disable Vsync then. Sounds like an unstable overclock to me.

I like vertical sync as I'm not one for screen tearing, and the frame limiter still has tears. My gpu is at stock speeds.

    No problems here.
Are you sure Afterburner is to blame? Did you try uninstalling it and reinstalling it?
