G'day All, System to left is current. I did a fresh install of windows 10 x64 about 2 months ago and ran 3dmark firestrike and got a GPU score of around 39500. I ran 3dmark last night and got a GPU score of only 35000. Cards are oc'd - +50 gpu & +250 mem. The only difference from then to now is i have Avira as my antivirus & also I shut down all processes that were not necessary when I ran 3dmark (both times) I would attach a screen shot but I am not allowed to post attachments. Any ideas re: difference and how can I rectify the situation. All comments appreciated. Forgot to add: using latest NVIDIA driver - 373.06. Was running 368.95 before because I found it was more stable. Used DDU to remove old driver and re-install new one.
retest with older drivers maybe the updated drivers are not so tuned for 3dmark score which in real life 400 points will make zero difference to your gaming experience
