    Hi there,

I am quite confused with the last catalyst drivers.
For some reason I can't have them installed on my desktop.

I'm running crossfire 5850 since several month and never had any such problem with former catalyst
But this time the install log report a failure to install the HDMI driver the rest seems OK.
Then at restart An error message CLIStart.exe claims the atiadlxy.dll is not adapted to windows I m running and the drivers won't work.

I repeated the procedure 3 times, each uninstalling catalyst, reboot in safe mode and running driversweeper then restart and making the clean install of the new catalyst release.

Last time I even choose not to install this HDMI part... but no way.

Can't find anyone having the same problem on the web.

    Does anybody have suggestion ?
    Thx

Have you tried installing one card first, then when that works plug in the second card?
It's a hassle, yes, but for some people here, DriverSweeper apparently screwed their systems.

You might want to try the genetix cleaner over here instead of DriverSweeper :

Everything is fine I finally got it to install.
I updated Driversweeper to the last version and did the install on only one card and this time it went through !
Don't know which of the tricks worked but doesn't matter so much.
    Thx to you K1net1cs
