I have not tried this program, but after hearing all of its positive feedback, I am considering using this instead of Geforce Tweak Utility when my Geforce3 arrives. How does this program compare against GTU?

Also, when I tried GTU on my Geforce2 GTS it came bundled with a "best setting" preset in addition to the high performance and high quality setting. I found this setting to be a great compromise between speed and performance. Does this utility come with a preset like that?

Or better yet, does anyone use this program with a Geforce3 and have their own preset that they use and would like to share? Help on this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Both are hosted by guru3d so should be unfair to say. use them both and then make up your own mind.
Well best setting is not an preset in Rt. Use the high quality and disable antialiasing.

Yeah, I guess it's not really fair to just say that one of these programs is better than the other. Maybe a better way to put it would be, "what are the clear cut differences between the two other than the GUI?"

Also, does RivaTuner have support for Geforce3? I hear that the program works with Geforce3s, but does it have support for any of the new features of that card?

    Well there are differences.
I.m not using GTU anymore so I don't know what features it has these days.
One that comes to my mind is RT supporting also TNT 1/2/M64 and GTU doesnt.

About GF3, RT offers a hidden antiaaliasing setting, 2*2 AA 9 tap.
Also Rt was first to uncover anisotropic.
