No, sorry, there won't be fan control for non-reference fan controllers and solutions with multiple "async" fan controllers. I've explained the reasons here:

I figured as much, kinda unfortunate..

There were 3 voltage control sliders for flagship MSI cards (Lightning series) for many years. And yes, there will be 4 of them on upcoming cards.

i can't remember the last time i owned a MSi card so that explains why i asked that
