    Hello,

ATi Tray Tools and Win7 are impossible, why?
All time when you want to start some program with video card charge it will crash: And all times you get an Appcrash with the NTDLL.dll.

    Here some example with Steam:
    It is german - sorry

So I contacted Steam and Microsoft, cause a few days ago I didnĀ“t know that the problem was ATT!

With Steam and Microsoft together we made some tests.
Fresh installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit and Steam -> works!
On every new program we tested the hole System.
    And at ATT it stops:

When ATT is started the crashes are 100%, every try!
When I close it, simple, it works.

So the NTDLL.dll is not defect, it is real ATT, we tested it with SFC.

So: I have the newest Version (1.6.9.1433) with the ATT Loader on Task Scheduler, it will start correctly at all and the program runs perfect.
But the NTDLL Bug is there.
MS and me tested it on 2 Systems (Friend with Intel Q6600 and PowerColor HD4870), and the Bug is still there.
Its not unique Bug, and its not incompatible with my Hardware.

So please fix it, I want to use ATT :)

    Thanks
    DUNnet

Why not first to read beta thread?
There are no bug. Hundreds of users use ATT with no problems.
Did you update your DirectX library?

Because you must :) All modern games anyway will update it. There are no DX9, DX10 or DX11 to download. There are only DirectX runtime update and you must always install recent one. Microsoft release DirectX runtime updates each half of year.
Thats why I wrote to use search in beta thread forum before asking !

When entering the Basic Color tab (inside Avivo Video menu) in CCC. This is definitely somehow caused by ATT because when I close it, everything works just fine.

I was having a similar issue with ATT causing a crash in GPU-Z and CCC 3D menu, however after running the latest DirectX runtime updater, everything seems to be working fine now (as far as that problem is concerned).

I have to say I am experiencing the EXACT same issue. In my case, it was Live Messenger and Xfire that refused to open...After closing ATT they all worked fine so it must something related to it...:nerd:
I'll try updating my DX, hope it works...

EDIT: It works!! So sorry for not reading the FAQ first...:bolt:

why not just code ATT properly in the first place. It's nothing but junk in Win 7 64bit regardless of what the author might say, program is just a POS. Code it properly and get a signed driver from MS would be a start....but pigs will never fly so I gave up on the program a long time ago. People should just wise up and be done with this thing or forever remain in grief and pull all of their hair out untill they become preamaturely bald very quickly. :puke2:

Dont' like it, don't use it.
And about signed drivers. Give me 500$ and I buy it! Why should I spend such amount for nothing?

i like it, and i use it.

on the other hand, might we should collect some money to get rid of driver loader issues.

500 Bucks shouldnt be impossible. (and i hope we have to pay it one time)

I dont know, but may be not the badest idea for the future of ATT. Windows 8, 9 and so on....i mean what sickness comes out of Redmond to provide "security" in the future.

Every year? no, thanks, I pass. :)

Proper coding, you say? :) ATT have a lot of very hard coded things which sometimes can conflict with software also have such technique. That is why I keep saying, put any software, conflicted with ATT, into exception list. Its almost impossible to implement all ideas in ATT and get no conflicts at all in future. Of course I can remove half of features from ATT, but who will need such software?

Funny that a lot here got it running and working straight out of the box.
Maybe they should invent some device directing peoples brains into the right spot on the internet...

May I ask why did you even bother to try ATT in the first place?
I think your much better of sticking with CCC only, since ATT is to hard for you to figure. :infinity:

I can 100% confirm this issue happens too on my system with the 10.3 OpenGL 4.0 preview drivers but *only* when ATT 1.69 beta is running in the system tray. Close ATT down and the error goes away.

Add MMACEPrev.exe to exception list in autooverclocking.

How MMACEPrev.exe and OGL 4.0 are connected?

    hi Ray Adam,

    thanks for the great tool.

i faced the same problem that ATT caused ntdll.dll error for windows 7 64bits.
related software crashed during launching are (all are 32bits): teamviewer, zapya, lenovo shareit.

i fixed this by unchecking this option at ATT:
    aggressive 3D detection

    error log events:
    event ID: 1000
    Faulting module path: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ntdll.dll
