    Avast 2014 has been superseded by Avast 2015.

    I suspect this techno means that some supervisor is launching at OS start and then all applications (or browsers only) are executed under that supervisor.

    Or it is kind of firewall techno.

    Is it not just some sorta sandbox ?

    The second pic is just tracking protection like Ghostery does - blocks 3rd party tracking cookies
