It would depend if Sony stuck with their version of Freebsd or not. You would asume they would, so backwards compatibilty might be possible next time around.

Sony has now also shown their version of Anthem and it looks exactly the same as the XOneX version. This is weird...

It's impossible to tell if it's exactly the same based on a YouTube video though.

X1X is likely nearer native 4k than the PS4 Pro is.

 

Don't believe what you see at E3. Most of the footage still be scaled down just like infamous Watch Dogs gameplay video.

 

Did someone not discover the 4k footage was using checkerboard rendering, which would be weird unless it was actually running on a console.

Personally I don't think the game looks impressive enough that I would consider a downgrade would be likely.

 

It wasn't even 'open world'. All I saw where linear paths that you had no choice but to go down.

Probably bonus levels or something similar to Destiny on the PS4.

 

The word "exclusive" was being used incredibly liberally in the xbox conference.

Timed exclusive is still exclusive
Console exclusive (as in, on pc) is still exclusive

 

i really like the frostbite engine it's very beautiful effects

 

yeah.. Anthem looks exactly like another multiplayer version of Andromeda. will never buy
a product from EA\BioWare before il read 10-20 reviews from different known\trusted websites. simple as it is.

not impressed at all, looks boring and uninteresting with high value production \ effects.. that's about it..
people should know better after Andromeda.. looks procreating the same..
