Have a Moto Z Force, waiting for the Force 2 to get announced. Also interested to see if Apple pushes out the iPhone 8 or goes the 7s route this year.

Can't say there's much out there I can't do now with what I have. Phones have generally crapped out and are in a rut. Everyone is fighting for screen real estate and power that never gets used to it's fullest. "octa cores for absolutely nothing!"

True, oneplus are meh anyway, too much comprises for the price.

Mine Mate 9 in my opinion, is the best phone since it just has all what you need, long lasting battery life, great huge display, super speedy performance, no forced throttling to preserve battery life(happens on Galaxy devices), great speakers and software, very bright outdoors...

They do need to improve low light performance and equip it with better DAC, and of course IP rating.

I see Nokia 6 online sales in Turkey. 3000 Mah battery with low performance specs which are cool for me. And good for battery life I presume. 5.5 inch is not bad. Metal body. Looks like a good phone with ultra cheap price over here.

Im hoping the rumoured Nokia 9 will be better than whats been shown so far. The current crop (bar the 8) are all too low spec. The 8 while having good internals lacks any of the nice to haves of current flagships.

I do like that Nokia have basically kept to stock Android though for fast updates.

So here's hoping the Nokia 9 will be USB C, stereo speakers and IP68 waterproofing for a reasonable price....i can hope cant I?

Looking forward to LG V30 - the quad ESS dac, the targeted zoom, and sd expansion win me out.
    plus a real headphone jack.

:Dsecretly doing the world a favor...it must be my age o_O but i really don't like tinny sound like all phones produce (even the ones with stereo speakers).
headphones, now you're talkin' - but the LG doesn't come with any. i think that's wise because anyone buying for the sound (main separating feature) would already have or is going to buy good headphones.;)

Its not really for playing music I like stereo speakers, just watching videos on the phone is a lot nicer and ringtones/loudpseaker quality is much better. I had my Nexus 5X modded with the earpiece stereo mod and although not a proper stereo setup the difference was amazing.

Just seen the Xperia XZ1/XZ1 Compact are nice specced phones and come with Oreo out of the box.

    Waterproof
    Stereo speakers
    Micro SD
    Great camera

If the new pixel is still super expensive then this will be my new phone I think.

Well my Nexus 5X bootloop of death started this morning, 1 day before upgrade (although probably wont get a chance till Saturday). Taking it in for repair as i still want to sell it and its under warranty but will definitely be getting the XZ1 Compact. The reviews so far are pretty good and it ticks all my boxes.

Got my Sony Xz1 Compact saturday and so far a really nice phone. Oreo out of the box so not going backwards after my Nexus 5X, the small screen is great to use and the thing flies along. Stereo speakers are great and nice to know its fully waterproof. Not used the camera much but seems good and not seen the wide angle lens distortions mentioned on XDA so far.
