Any Just Cause 2 tweaks?

Finally getting around to this game and was just wondering if there are any mods/tweaks for this game? If so, can someone point me in the right direction of the .ini file(s/)mods/graphics configs.

Wow. Does that mod make the whoe game look that good or just multiplayer? Where can I download it at?

It's a ongoing beta test for multiplayer.

Been a while since I played the game but I think the visuals were mostly to what you set the in-game options at, there might be some texture replacers as well by now.
