Made a video on applying small heatsinks to VRM and RAM on a Radeon HD 7850

    Any concerns? Was the first time I really messed with thermal adhesive, but I think it turned out pretty well.

    Nice video, and even more interesting to me as I currently have an MSI 7850 2GB like yours, and as of tonight will have 2 for crossfire as I've got my other half a 670 Windforce upgrade as a Christmas present :)

    I have some Antec Formula 7 Diamond paste, and this (and IC Diamond) are meant to be at thier best for high pressure heatsinks like GPUs, and I could easily pickup some ramsinks if worthwhile.

    I currently have warranty on at least one of the cards so I am a little loathe to take the heatsink off and risk anything happening (you have to account for the possibility, as was evidenced by the falling ramsink in the video!), but just wondered what sort of improvements your card saw doing this?
    Reduced temperatures, higher stable overclock? Or was it simply for peace of mind?
