Thanks for the trailer. I'm really dying to see this movie, however, it's not shown here in Dubai, UAE. That said, next week I'm going to the UK for a two week holiday, am I likely to catch the movie in the cinema? Otherwise I'll wait for it to be released and buy it on blu ray... Ps. Mike Tyson still looks fit for his age and still has a body full of muscles, a great athlete! He could still take on almost anyone in a street fight and put them down in seconds. Good old iron Mike!
I am really interested to see these new adaptations of the disney movies. For sure they ain't using the original stories as ground material anymore.
NOW THIS IS BATMAN!!! We dont need a superman\WW movie with a batman like this! BvS Final Trailer Looks like they've been playing the Arkham games YESUSSS MUTHAFRICADFGJDYUMKJ BATHMANS!!
The first 30-45 seconds does look like something from the Arkham games. Thought the previous trailer was a bit guff and spoilery, but (minus the Eisenberg parts) I enjoyed that one and looking forward to the movie again.
Vampire Movies which are not much known and are good: Only Lovers Left Alive Spoiler Vamps (2012, official trailers are trash, so this depicts movie way better and is shorter.) Spoiler Let the Right One In Spoiler The Hunger Spoiler Fright Night (2011 - trailer is full of spoilers) Spoiler Cronos Spoiler Byzantium Spoiler We Are The Night Spoiler Daybreakers (Stop at 1m30s, otherwise you are into heavy spoilers) Spoiler John Carpenter's Vampires Spoiler 30 Days of Night Spoiler
If you are into foreign "vampire" films as I suspect you are then give Livide a go as well. It's pretty atmospheric and one of my favourites after Låt Den Rätte Komma in..
I am not much into Vampire movies, I just used that category to make post less random. I love "Fringe" movies/anime. Something which allows one to look at things differently. But I have forgotten to put there one(many) more, which jumped right after your trailer on me. The Moth Diaries Spoiler I intend to check that movie, but if it stands on violence/fear, I will be bored as that leaves me cold. Maybe it will have interesting characters as many good movies have trailers which draw bad picture. Edit: Introduction was good (20 minutes), then it was plain boring, and last 30 minutes were good again. (If I excuse trivial brutality.) Work of camera and settings was quite good, on places superb and on places mediocre. Movie had like 88minutes, so one could say two thirds of movie were good. If it was short 55 minutes movie, it would be great. This way I take it as average as I have feeling that people who made it wanted to appeal way too many people and made salad.
Movies where Past Meets Present (and not so much known): Peggy Sue Got Married Spoiler Repeaters Spoiler Kate & Leopold Spoiler The Man from Earth Spoiler The Girl Who Leapt Through Time Spoiler Returner Spoiler The Kid Spoiler Millennium 1989 Spoiler Premonition 2007 Spoiler The Lake House Spoiler
I think it is one of those movies which you have to watch as they come, otherwise you'll keep them somewhere in corner of your mind and in 5~10 years you realize that you still have not seen them. For me it is like 10,000 BC from 2008. Will I ever watch it? I really do not know.
Everyone in it tries too hard, so it's hard to watch someone sprout BS about stuff and try to look mean and menacing, when we all know damn well they are looking at a blue screen and have probably just had a cheese burger. Also the directing / framing / compositions are boring. It's just trying to too hard to make you care about something which is not interesting. Egyptians built the pyramids, and they are awesome - this film is not. And...where are all the black people?
Really? i thought it was very disappointing. I did liked it, but it's not worth watching it again in the future.
I recently saw ''The Maze Runner'' and really liked it. The first half of the movie was great but was let down towards the middle. They had to ruin it by adding some mutant monsters...
There is a second out. It is based on a book series so yeah there were those mutant monsters for testing purposes. Kind of like Divergent, Hunger Games and what not.
Yeah, I saw the second Maze Runner on the plane from London To Dubai. In ways it was better than the first. IMDB mentions a third one being released next year!
Just found this, apparently comes to netflix next month, looks interesting https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AtW1Lq5c04E Adolf time travels to now with no memory post 1945, people mistaking him as a method actor or a practical joke and the fame that comes with it.
Saw the monkey king 2 just now, pretty good actually. if you are those kind of movies, its def a must see. some great cgi as well! 8/10 http://www.im db.com/title/tt4591310/
