Where i can find it or what may replace it?

Noteboot Acer Aspire E 15 E5-573-C68M with Intel HD Graphics and CPU Intel Celeron 3215U. I need very much XP OS for this notebook but there is no such Intel HD driver for XP, only for Win7, Win8, Win10. How to solve this problem. Thank you very much.

Why do you need Windows XP for this notebook? You aren't going to find any drivers because xp is not supported. You're probably the only person with this problem. The notebook is what a year old maybe?

It doesn't matter why. Is there any other way without official Intel driver?

If there are no drivers for a chipset and grafics at Intel site then you search at resources like station-drivers.com by chipset name and grafics chip name.

XP stopped being supported at X79 IIRC...

There is no support for Windows XP anymore. Windows XP doesn't support WDDM, so no drivers for current graphics chips are going to work.

    It does matter.

The reason you're wanting to use an old O/S could be solved in a different way. There's a multitude of reasons why understanding why you want to use XP could be helpful.

If you actually "need" XP, it makes more sense to find an older laptop built with hardware that's actually supported under XP....

It's actually quite easy to find such laptops used.
