Nice card! I hope they continue with the Titan cooler or improve upon it for reference cards.

If those specs are real thats some powerful shaders to be between a 780 and a ti. Talk about doing more with less. I am more interested in the driver in gpuz though.

They've always been good at doing more with less. I can't wait for Maxwell to launch just so I can get my hands on that new driver and to pick up another 780Ti. :D
GM200 should be pretty beasty with a die shrink too.

Supposedly $400, if the leaks are anything to go by. It makes sense too, as the 970 will be replacing the 770 which is at the $400 price point. So yes, expect 320-370 euros depending on the model.

In addition to the i3 processor it looks like it was tested on W7 Ultimate - 32bit

Oh and first post, love the site. Not sure why I've waited so many years to create an account.

whats up with the date in that 3d mark score? I suppose it could simply be an offline machine with the wrong date set..

Glad to see the real leaks starting to come. I have always wondered about those twin fan coolers the manufacturers like to put on them. It looks like they would simply be circulating air inside the case and not blowing it out the back. This wouldn't be an issue with good air flow and a single card. What happens when you stack two in SLI in there? It seems the bottom card would basically be blowing its hot exhaust damn close to the tops cards intake.

Hopefully they are going to offer models with the "stock" cooler they have been using or a new variation of it. I saw the all black cooler over at the source post, but it also mentioned that's a cooler that is basically a testing cooler that nvidia is not going to offer.

If it end up at 320Eur then thats good. 290' can be found at that price or little lower but 970 will be slightly faster.

Hmm, I'm interested but $400 is already a turn-off. I guess I'll check back in the summer and choose based on my job/location (if I'm not at home, why bother?).

Supposedly the CPU is the reason the score isn't 500-700 points higher.

If the 970 really lands in between the 780 and 780Ti, the 980 will surely beat the 780Ti.
It's a matter of core counts, and now seeing the 970 having 1664 cores, the here listed specs of 2560 cores look kind of unlikely.
