Mid 70 degrees is around the average operating temperature. while playing overwatch (uncapped fps) max i get around 80c, room temp without A/C is 32c.

73C for a 390 (or any other GPU) is nothing. They're actually certified until 95C. Don't worry about it.

I think this driver is Hotter than 16.7.3 WHQL
    I have also noted +2-3deg.
Moments ago i played TR and Temps get 51/50/45 normally i get 2-3deg lower.
Maby revert to WHQL and check again.

Yep. 75 C is perfectly normal for a gpu under load. Nothing to worry about.

    Hm.
Yeah, I have my pc housing under the desk and I can confirm that it's plain hot around me playing no mans sky. My cpu heats up extra as well.
Trimmed down the gpu clocks so it runs less hot. Still around 75°C though. My fans go 100% when above 80°C.
While the temp is perfectly normal, on a hot evening it gets even hotter with my 390.

On the flip side, all that hot air pushed out of my pc means airflow is good.

Anyway, most videocards I owned from ati/amd ran close to 80°C under full load.

Isn't it awesome how Hawaii/Grenada gpus can easily heat up your room? :D
Regardless, next time I just go for a gpu with lower temps.
