Cossacks Back to War is NOT a 3D game, it uses DirectDraw. Using a bit of logic and knowing that D3DOverrider is intended for overriding Direct3D application behaviors, you can easily conclude that you cannot use it for this game.

I thought it will be compatible because it says on high detection mode:

In this mode D3DOverrider intercepts application's calls to DirectDraw and Direct3d runtime libraries and intecepts application's attempts to load new libraries. This mode is recommended for triple buffering and VSync forcing in the majority of modern 3d applications as well as in the applications using outdated 2D/3D hardware acceleration interfaces like DirectDraw and Direct3D7.

So, is there any tool to force vsync in DirectDraw?

Thanks
