MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G + Core i7 920 @ 4.0Ghz

@1440p

@ 1080p

there isn't a huge difference between a +6 years old 920 and a 3770:

But, here at low resolutions, where is the CPU that makes the difference, the 920 starts to show it's age:

Get a pleasant black screen when the cat starts digging in ranked mode.
HD5870 doesn't like this bench. LOL

Ok im done with this bench untill it is patched, or a driver is out for it.

Edit: anyway, someone can try a 720p no MSAA for comparaison. ?
My GTX 670 is faster than HD 7970 because any ATi-AMD hasn't CUDA support. But I'm recommended you buy GeForce card to have CUDA support.

Well also the fact that the game/benchmark uses a lot of nVidia gamework features, so even just one of those features can be a difference of ~10fps

Example of this would also be Far Cry 4 when with those features off 970/980 come neck and neck with 290/290X with 1-2fps difference, while when the features are on you get a difference of ~10fps.

it dont use CUDA by the GPU .. Only CPU it seems. ( Cloth, hairwork and and other little features are Apex version by CPU ) ( well it will be interessant to confirm this ).

No problem, you could also add yourself to the list if you'd like

I may just make two list to make it easier to separate the two, let me know what you guys think

Here's my cards running their usual OC (see AB pic). Not a bad score in competition mode. First run forgot to turn off frame limiter at 120fps!

Score: 31467
Min 50.1, Avg 143.7.

Noticed that there was a point where my GPU Bus was at 45% usage, that's quite high and I'm running PCIe x16 3.0. Sorry for folks only running slower busses! My CPU is 125 BCLK 4250MHz, 2000MHz RAM @ CL 11.

Why are you upping your BCLK to 125 strap ? ... for 4250mhz ? just up the multiplier, dont start use Bclk speed before you try to reach 5.5ghz lol...

you should be able to use 45x -48x multiplier before change the voltage on a 3930K ...

It makes the overall bus faster. Anything over 4.3 just generated way too much heat, and between 100 bclk x 43 vs 125 bclk x 34, the latter always produced better scores even with RAM running at 2000 vs 2133.

if it run good for you good... We use BCLK just for fine tuning when we hit our max speed ( cant pass from 54 to 55x ).. but well we use different cooling it seems.

Every chip is different. Mine doesn't OC well without extra voltage/heat. My Noctua keeps the CPU under 70C at all times. Anything over 4.5 or so was unstable unless I put in over 1.4v, and I just didn't want to do it. I could get 4.6, but temps and power weren't worth it. I code more than I game on it, and a fast bus helps data transfer.
