That's strange. I ran Heaven & Valley with the latest drivers and got practically the same avg fps for both.

No big deal. No differences in games. Just strange...
Definitely 680 at SLI is not the same as 670 single.

I`ve found a cause: 'Vertical sync ' setting in Global settings (=Adaptive) was not overridden by Heaven`s profile setting (=Off)

That seems about right but it would help much more if you posted CPU/GPU clocks or at least tells us if everything is at stock settings.

Btw I got 40.9 with my previous Palit 680 Jet-s-tream@1235Mhz and a 2600 non K @4.2Ghz with 1600CL9 Ram so your score seems about right if all is stock and no tweaks in NVCP or Nvidia Inspector were applied.

My gaming lcd is 1280*1024 so...That is why the score is high. >>>i5 2400 3.1+7850 2gb 1270mhz_core 1350mhz_ram 1.3v.

Heaven is way better than Valley or 3dmark11 as it crashed at 1280mhz_core 1350mhz_ram 1.3v in this one and was fine on the others.

I use an EVGA 1500watt PSU in that rig

I will be building another PC soon with four 290Xs in it but they are a bit power hungry and for that I will be using 2 x 1200i Corsair PSUs which will be good for 2400 watts.
