No time? Cutting through what looked like 5/8" all thread is a hell of a lot quicker than cutting your hand off and less painful not to mention you GET to KEEP your hand still attached.

Dude, you don't know his situation, he was panicking and thought "OH ****, I HAVE TO GET OUT OF HERE"

And no, it wouldn't take more time, cutting through cuffs like that would take 5 minutes.

He could do his hand in 1, if he really rushed it, and based on the blood loss, I bet he did. It was a very un-even cut. I wouldn't be surprised if he half-way sawed it, then just kinda...ripped it off, you know?

Not through the cuffs, or the chain. If you look at the rack the pipes are resting on, they are being supported by 1-5/8" deep strut and all-thread. All thread is soft steel and cuts very easily, all he had to do is cut the all thread that the cuff is connected to and bend it out a bit, and take off with the cuffs still attached.

I know I am arguing what is scripted and was added for drama and effect.
And I get his state of mind of OMG imma gonna die mentality.

I guess I like to sit back and over look the whole situation and put myself in that situation and what would I do differently, and I definitely would have done things differently and kept both my hands, after all two hands are better than one and a stump.

Ep 5 had 5.6 million viewers

That's almost half a million more than the premier. It's very very rare for a show to go up in ratings over time when compared to its premier, so hopefully we'll get a few seasons of post apocalyptic brain bashing.

But man I'm gonna be in withdrawal waiting for season 2.

Well, I watch Boardwalk Empire & 9 PM, and this @ 10PM, it's a solid two hours of non-stop TV gold.

And yeah man, maybe he could, maybe he couldn't, the pipe was shaky, but still, as said, he's dumb, plus, it helps add to his "I'm a badass / hardcore" image" he so loves.

Maybe he'll GET A CHAINSAW ARM!

Or maybe...his hand was bitten~

Oh ~

Looks alright, I just hope they go for more classic style, hack n slash. The latest Robin Hood movie...oh my god, there was like literally one ACTUAL fight the entire, almost 3 hour, movie.

I'm a fan of movies like Troy, Gladiator, 300, ect. I read books, I have no problems with story-telling, or just character development, but I felt cheated with the new Robin Hood, felt nothing like Robin Hood, and action sequences were mediocre.

Troy man, if they could manage another movie like that...be great.

A game of thrones sounds great. The later books could do with less sweaty midget sex though.

I'm sure she is going to tell him and he's going to flip. Just watched ep5. I thought that lab guy did the dumbest mistake of being so careless.

I've been reading up on survival guides if anyones interested. Not quite zombie related but surviving is part of it. There is so much to read, but all of it is useful information even if **** doesnt go down.

Breaking Bad is another that usually has 10-14 episodes per season. I'll take 13 episodes over 6 any day!
