Default MSI 760gma p34 fx mosfet heatsinks - 03-06-2017, 14:24 | posts: 126 | Location: United States

Hello guys as the title says, i am looking for the proper mosfet heatsinks to put on my vrms since my mobo does not have heatsinks on it. The thing is this mobo throttles my cou quite a few time to bother me while playing BF1, so im hoping by placing some heatsinks on the vrms the throttling will stop. I was looking at some heatsinks but im not sure if they are the proper ones that i need.

These are the ones i was hoping to buy.

You should probably get an assortment of them because the VRMs can vary in size(the ICs)
These have more surface area

Not sure exactly how much benefit you will get though.
VRM heatsinks have way more surface area.

both because the first ones are much bigger and you may not be able to fit them on everything you want.
