Relive recording artifacting, why?

Videocard: SAPPHIRE R9 390 NITRO
Processor: amd fx 8350@4.5 ghz
Mainboard: gigabyte 990xa-ud3
Memory: 16gb ram ddr3 1866mhz
Soundcard: embed via hd audio 8.1
PSU: ANTEC EDGE 650W

Hi guys, as you can see i have some artifacts in the recording at the start.
I can't figure out why.
I tried every settings but maybe i combined them wrong?

Btw, relive is smoother than msi afterburner, but with msi afterburner i have no artiufacts at all, so i think is relive the problem itself

At same game and quality settings the problem not happen with afterburner? Are you using good amount of bitrate like 50mbit/s in Relive?

Already tried with Reshade off?

Other games reproduce same glitch?

If so most probably some bug in Relive which will need to be reported direct to AMD. You can make a bug report at their AMF repository where has a guy from their VCE team.

Not tried without reshade, and yes tried 30 and 50 mega bitrate.
No idea on other games,first time i use this.
EDIT:it seems today it fixed itself.... O_o
