I've been checking this out, it's using a 2watt Intel Atom Z8700 with Intel HD gfx that runs Windows 10. Ok, it's not very powerful, technically slower gfx than an Nvidia shield K1, but, it works with steam/steam streaming and of-course it does decent emulation. Does everything a normal laptop can really, but, it's designed for the gaming side of things.

The form factor is pretty good (similar to Pandora). It's so close to what I'd consider usable, but, still needs to be at least 2x (ideally 10x) more powerful for my gaming needs) and seems like a fun little system to mess with.
