These are really nice so far. Be careful though the installer is trying to instrall some driver (signed tho) into the windows dir. The driver name I forgot. Have your protection on.
I put them rared on http://1drv.ms/1mUgI1i. Thats Onedrive if you are wondering. This since they install this driver. If you go ahead and install the dell packed one please let me know what the driver name is since I missed it I´d like to make sure it didnt leave any remnants even though I blocked it in my av. Ps. ^^^ You may want to try system restore in a pinch. I tried these but would not install for me, tried inf mod and driver sig but it is a differ inf and same result, no hardware detected. I thought since the 90 icafe is so fantastic and I have a dell mon why not, but no go. I am back to 337.90 icafe and if it an't broke I guess, the 40's are not as good for my card. Regards
I had that with 337.91 for some reason. I never let the driver install I blocked it in my av. If you tried my rars that should work since I havent modifed anything but for due diligence you might try the dell provided ones. Or vice versa.
I installed these, working just as the last WHQL but with the added newest PhysX, but overall, same shirt.
I just installed and tested PhysX 9.14.0610 driver and it works flawless, gives nice boost to hardware accelerated physics and makes games working better. This signatured driver has been created and released ( i my thinking) because of upcoming two Metro Reduxes and Dell, Asus and other groups wants to advertise their products as: "best for these games, armed with fully optimised, dedicated PhysX, blah, blah, blah..... Or maybe something else....
Asus version installed here no mod inf. Thanks to the post the benches for this driver are a bit up from 337.91, 90. Not fully tested yet. It appears these maybe the last hurrah for our cards. Must need to buy a titian to use the 40's . Regards
