Default Problem with Scientific Atlanta Explorer 8300 set-top box? - 09-11-2011, 12:03 | posts: 1,249

I have Staten Island Cable owned by Times Warner Cable. I have Scientific Atlanta Explorer 8300 set-top box. Once in a while, I get "The set-top is unable to record this program". Is this problem with the set-up box or problem at the cable TV company?
