Voodoo2 Drivers Win2K

    Radeon 9100 64MB , Voodoo 2 1000 12MB SLI
    I have installed the voodoo2 drivers for win2k(both official&3rd party) and i noticed that the d3d isnt installed.

    ASUS RS 3090 OC 24G
    Voodoo2 only got Glide/openGL driver for WinNT/2K/XP.

    because 3dfx closed and so they don't have working D3D drivers for Win2000/XP to work on.

    ahhh
    but many people have done their own 3dfx drivers...
    couldnt some1 make d3d drivers too?

    Why would you need D3D capable 3Dfx drivers? The Voodoo 2 really excelled at Glide/Mini-GL (Glide more so). Since Voodoo 2 is obviously ;) gonna be paired up with another card, the other card can handle the D3D job's, while the Voodoo 2 can do that beautiful glide that she does (Diablo 2+Voodooo 2 :D).

    @3dfxfanatic: Hey man just use your Rad9100 for the D3D.
    I think that in most cases, the newer D3D won't even let you choose the Voodoo2 IF they even have a renderer choose menu, cause the V2 would fail in some test.
