    Hello!

I just bought that CPU cooler:

Noctua NH L9x65 (the version of AM4 socket).

    http://noctua.at/en/nh-l9x65

Is that cooler ok for a Ryzen 1700 CPU?

The case is a Fractal Design R5

And mostly: if I do not overclock that cooler will keep cpu temperature low and with low noise?

    Thanks a lot in advance!

If you aren't overclocking you would be fine with the stock cooler. The Noctua coolers are quiet and frankly overkill for cooling a stock clocked CPU. ;)

Was there a reason for choosing the low profile model? Your case would fit a larger one that would cool it even better.

Ok, but the model of the noctua I've bought, is more efficent and MOSTLY more silent than the stock cooler?

I've choosed the low profile because I can't find the D15s or the mount kit now...

The Wraith Spire is rated at 32 dba

The Noctua looks to be up to 23.6 dba according to their site. It's rated for 84 watts compared to 95 for the Wraith Spire, but if you don't overclock you should be good with either one.

*if you are in the USA you could get this from Newegg. It's $15 more but it gives you the option to OC in the future if you wish to down the road.
