    Replace your SplinterCell3Settings.ini with this one: Download

    Mouse sensitivity fix for the X & Y axis.
    1. Go to the same ini file
    2. Search for [Echelon.EPlayerCam]
    3. Find this value: m_pitchSpeed=25000.0
    4. Change it to 40000.0 to match m_yawSpeed or whatever you prefer
