Torchlight is so bad it's not worth mentioning in the same breath with PoE. I haven't touched D3 since PoE went OB, that doesn't mean I think it's better than D3 though. It's just nice to play something different after 400 hours of D3. I'll be back to D3 when I get bored with PoE farming. Finally we have 2 ARPGs that compliment each other.

what exactly does that explain? d1 was released on psx. sacred 2 was on consoles. I could carry on. so what exactly does that explain? btw, source?

nothing wrong with that. he clearly wants to make it out to be a bad thing. maybe he should do his research first next time.

I would say something similar too. I bought D3 at launch and it has gone through so many changes, it makes me think it wasnt really finished when it was launched.
I wish I would have spent those 60 dollars somewhere else instead of that ****ty game.

he's expressing his dislike by saying it's coming to consoles? yeah, that makes sense. and of course the game has changed. it follows blizzard suit. super hard first, let people race, then nerf for the rest of the players. and they have added things since release too. or is that a bad thing too?

it's changed since release and it'll carry on changing for a long time still. just look at 1.0.7 patch notes. things were added that would not make sense at release. d3 as any good arpg should keep evolving to give the players new challenges. what's so weird about that?

Diablo was a full price title and it just never felt like it when you played it it seems like same thing over and over. Dont get me wrong i know its a grind, i love games like that but seriously i think that Torchlight 2 is better because it was cheaper and has so much more variety and good mod support and when the steam workshop hits there will be tons more.

People said months ago that Diablo would end up on consoles, with the way the skills ended up it maps straight to a controller. There was also talk of parts of the game being toned back to support it, then it just died off.

Blizz stated that as a possibility years ago actually. It's just that everyone forgot because of how bad D3 wound up being (at least initially), and that's what everyone has been busy talking about.

about time! I've said this for a while. give me one legendary per 50 hours and make it be amazing. nobody wants to pick up 5+ legendaries every hour to find out they're all bad. also, rares I don't even bother picking up. they have to drop a LOT less and be MUCH better.

I don't think getting loot right is easy nowadays. look at PoE, drops there are even worse than in d3. everyone is crafting or buying their gear. so you just endlessly farm orbs, not gear.
