    Hello there peeps

I've been experiencing some serious lag on Watchdogs on Win 10 which I never had on Win 8.1. Seemed queer how at one moment all was fine (performance wise) and just after my upgrade to the new MS OS my programs seemed somewhat delayed responsive. I checked Advanced system settings and CPU scheduling was set for Background services? Is this some new implementation by MS?

    Regards

Every time you attack a minority in the game, Windows 10 sends that telemetry data to FBI to update your Federal Profile.

Seriously though, I've never seen a difference in performance between programs and background services. You would be quick to blame Windows, but it's usually the newer drivers made for Windows 10.
