While i'm working on my mod I decided to shine some light on which weather conditions you can see in my current mod, also how long they are active and in which order they appear.

    Weather presets description:

    1. Clear 1 (default)
    2. Clear 2 (looking more like PS4 Premiere/Reveal Demo, offers colder atmosphere and pale cloudy sky)
    3. Cloudy (dark clouds with strong Sunlight)
    4. Overcast, no Sunlight
    5. Overcast, no Sunlight with light Rain
    6. Overcast, with a little of Sunlight
    7. Overcast, with a little of Sunlight and light Rain
    8. Storm (default)

    Weather Cycle (with preset duration):
    - Clear 1 (long)
    - Cloudy (very short)
    - Light Rain with Sun (very short)
    - Storm (long)
    - Light Rain no Sun (very short)
    - Overcast with Sun (short)
    - Cloudy (medium)
    - Clear 1 (very long)
    - Clear 2 (long)
    - Cloudy (medium)
    - Overcast no Sun (medium)
    - Light Rain no Sun (very short)
    - Storm (long)
    - Light Rain with Sun (very short)
    - Clear 2 (long)

Keep in mind: when you play some Story missions or Online modes the game "pauses" the Weather Cycle and resumes when you return to single-player Free Roam. So the duration of the Weather presets can be extended if you play that kind of missions all the time.
To quickly change the weather preset just sleep in the Hideout.

Very informative post, thanks for the news! :)

The only little thing that I would change is the Clear 1 (very long), I would remove it (since there was already a Clear 1 (long) initially) and make the Clear 2 (long) very long instead, or just switch the (very long) and (long) durations so after the first storm there's more Clear 2 (which is unseen at this point) than Clear 1 (that was already seen before the storm). But maybe this is just because I love the PS4 premiere clear "cold" weather type... :p :D

I just wanna keep the settings close to vanilla values, keep it more "lite" you know.

For those who wants stronger wind I will increase it only for Stormy weather because strong wind during Clear weather makes the clouds move very fast like it's a freaking timelapse.

    Hey TXGT,
Nice that you´re still improving this game. Me and many other people really appreciate your work, it´s great thank you soo much :)

Have you seen the Vegetation Mod from the Natural Realistic Lighting Mod? It´s really good in my opinion, but I don´t know if it´s too far away from vanilla for you. But I think it looks great! Could you consider to add it to your already awesome mod? :)

Btw, could anyone explain to me, how to use this "Variety Pack thing". All I did previously was, downloading mods and then putting the Patch.dat in my folder xD
Maybe someone can explain to me, what to do, if I wanna have for example: Extra E3 2012 Bundle with Headbob and everything, but with Light DoF?
    Thanks in advance guys :)

I will not include Danvsw's Vegetation in my mods, it will be only in Varety Pack v2.
    Here's why:
    - with his mod I noticed increased shimmering of the trees in the distance.
    - grass and some plants are too dark for my taste.
    - c'mon guys it's Fall in Watch Dogs not Summer.

About VP: if I could make the installation easier I would've done that from the start. As you know the VP contains a lot of mods
and people want different combinations of those mods, so this will take millions of patches created to please everyone.
And I'm not a programmer, I can't create some Mod installer to make things easier.
All I could do is to write the instructions, and if you can't understand them then I'm sorry I can't help you.

@Txgt sir, would you teach me how to "turn on all lights" when raining at day time?
I used "definitive mod 3.0" by ThatGuy, the problem is this game always dark when raining even at the day time. Or maybe you can make a optional pack?

    Thanks for your attention.

Extract "patch.fat, patch.dat" (google how to do that)
Find "environmentlighting.lib" file in "patch_unpack\generated\databases\generic\" folder
Upload it to Google Drive or somewhere else, post the link here and I will tweak it for you.

    I uploaded 2 file:
    -environmentlighting.lib
    -cameracontext.lib

    Help me modified:
    1. Turn on All lights when raining at day time.
    2. Change camera DOF to "Light DOF" while walking.

So it's time to release v3))) Maybe I missed that, but you stopped developing a new version of your E3 mod? I remember you said that you are working on a new version, but it was a long time ago.
