my motherboard has been acting weird for a very long time but lately it's gotten really bad.

wanted to replace the motherboard and throw in a new cooler and psu to this. but i also have enough for a haswell (non k) board and my brother offering to buy this cpu off me.

    what should i do?

and if you know of a good 1155 motherboard let me know where i can buy it. i don't OC and id perfer a matx if possible

i got this one here which was given to me for free but i dont know if it would be good
