Hey there, one thing that I have noticed is that this forums does not have a thread about programing in any of the mobiles plataforms, weird....

I am starting the get interested in this, since I got some ideas so far...

And how about you, any webpages that I can check or information available around?

http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html

There is a lot of information there for Android. I know iOS has their own SDK and developer page but since you have to own an Apple device or install OSX into a Virtual Machine to install the SDK I don't mess with it.

Not only that, if you are to submit your iOS app to apple, you need to have a developer account as well. (yearly fee)

First you should take a look at Android SDK. You can write Android apps with many languages but as I know the best choice is Java & C#
