I know this isn't a website like you asked for, but I have been enjoying a lot of coding tutorials from "thenewboston" over at youtube. He has tutorials for all sorts of programming, including html, css, javascript and jquery. Can definitely recommend

HTML is quite simple language, you can learn it with many tutorials, I recommend you W3Schools

But if you want to get good knowledge always practice as much as possible, only reading tutorial will give you nothing
