desperate, can't play Watch_Dogs 2 or open OpenCL apps [Solved]

Hi, i've tested 10 drivers already... Still no fix, i'm on Windows 1607

If i try to start Gpu-Z it gives me an OpenCL read error and never opens, it just crash, it says that reinstalling the drivers could fix it, it doesnt, i suppose this is the same problem that is making Watch_Dogs 2 unplayable, because if i try to start the game without an Nvidia Driver, the game starts, as soon as i install the Nvidia Driver, everthing goes to hell

But it does not fix anything, it does not work, anyone knows what the hell is happening?

The Gpu-Z error is:

The OpenCL library crashed while scanning for OpenCL support, GPU-Z is skipping OpenCL detection. Uninstalling and reinstalling the display drivers might solve this problem

 

Try using DDU to remove the GPU drivers in safemode

So... i was right, it was the damn OpenCL and Windows 1607 that corrupts it... Had to format windows and reinstall it, now the game works and GPU-Z works, so if anyone has the same problem... You already know what the hell it was

 

Didn't try DISM repair or sfc /scannow first?

Never had that issue with Windows 10 (1607)

 

Tried it, it happens sometimes to people when they update the damn windows, there's tons of post on nvidia forums and all over internet, tried all those things, once the opencl is broken, there's no fix
