    Hey guys,

I have a peculiar issue. This only happens with Windows-10 drivers, in ANY game.

As soon as my GPU hits 76°C, it decreases utilization to around 40-60%. Clocks stay the same. But of course, the FPS go down.

CPU temps are around 50-60°C, just repasted everything. Fun fact, my GPU fan kicks in at max only when reaching 78°C. So, in other words, I can't prevent the GPU from reaching 76°C because my Clevo notebook does not allow for manual fan control (just FN+1 which enables full fan mode, but it also counts for the 2 CPU fans which I would hate to let blow at full load).

I already re-installed Windows 10 to make sure it is not a problem of "driver left-overs". It seriously only happens if I use any 35X.XX driver. When I use a pre-windows 10 driver, like 347.88, the utilization does not drop but stays at 99% until max fan mode brings the temp down to 73-74°C.

This especially sucks as with 347.88 I loose 25% FPS in Witcher 3 compared to 358.91 (before it throttles), as it is not optimized.

Does someone know how to fix this problem? Or is my only option to pray for 36X.XX drivers to not have this issue anymore?
