    Hi Everyone,

Just wondering what the best program program for stress testing my PC. I was using ROG realbenchover 2hrs per run. Didn't have any problems @4.6Ghz, 1.325V under air (NH-D14). Max temp was 74 Degrees. Can't push cpu past 46ghz unless I go water. My Choice would be: EK Predator 240 AIO Expandable Liquid CPU Cooler for $269.

With this cooler I "may" be able to push it to 4.7-4.8.

    All comments appreciated.

    Cheers,

    Nate.

    Hi Nate

For stress testing I use only Asus RealBench,HCI Memtest Pro for stressing memory, cache and overall stability works great

You can try OCCT which is good too which have used on several builds too..

On any CPU you don't want go beyond 80-85°C on PKG

On yours current NH-D14 I would put extra one fan which would lower overall temps by few degrees(2-5°C)

Regarding voltage yours,I would stay in 1.4-1.45v region on yours, try to keep under that if you could and you will not suffer with degradation on yours

EK Predator will be best and if you can afford 360 version plus two blocks for yours GPU and you will have sweet setup

Hope this helps and good luck

    Thanks,Jura

    Don't need one
intel burn in test, I found that good for testing cpu and ram stability.
