    Hi Guys,

    I just won a JVC LCD TV type LT32A85B!!!!
    I switched my power-supplier, and they had a special for the European Football Championship, and I entered the competition automatically.
    I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW :)
    But it all checks out, and within 3 weeks I get my free 32" HD-Ready LCD TV!!!
    So, does anyone here know something about JVC LCD-TV's? Are they any good?
    And about the Dynapix Plus engine?
    But most of all : YESSSSSS!!! I WON!!!! :bounce:

    @allesclar

    Are you saying the TV is no good?
    Because I think I'll have a lot more fun with the TV than with some money.

    HD Ready means that it doesn't have an ATSC tuner built in. No other difference from being called HDTV or HD-Ready. The OP is in Europe judging by his post so that would make no difference anyway, as far as I know there's no ATSC broadcasts in Europe so throw on a Sky+ HD box and away you go.

    LOL to you, but not quite.

    An HDTV can have any resolution as long as it has 720 vertical lines or more. Full HD is a marketing term made up by Sony.

    So to sum it up:
    HDTV = 1280x720, 1366x768, 1920x1080 with ATSC Tuner
    HD-Ready = 1280x720, 1366x768, 19220x1080 without ATSC Tuner

    Not a big deal, but I hate being told I'm wrong when I know I'm right. Don't take my post count as a sign of being a noob either I don't post a lot but I know my ****.

    Well, I saw on the Internet that the maximum resulution this TV supports is 1080i.
    Not a bad upgrade from my standard PAL-TV I have now :)
