Which 140mm Fan to take ? -

Hi!
I would like to ask for help to choose between two 140mm fans. I would like to buy three-four of them into my Cooler Master CM690 Advanced II case. I searched for 140mm fans which are:
- Silent
- Not too expensive
- Have a good air flow
I found the following two products exactly the same price:
Bule Vortex 14
Golf III
According to the specs the Vortex is far more superior, but I searched the net, because it was too good to be true and I found the following:
Bule Vortex review
Golf III review
According to these the specs looks like:
Prolimatech Blue Vortex 14
Air Flow 66.89 CFM
Noise Level 15.86 dB
Zaward Golf FAN III
Air Flow 62 CFM
Noise Level 13 dB
I'am totaly confused which one to take. Does anyone have any experience with these coolers ?
Thanks for the help!

Pick any two.
I would say the first two are the most important ones. You can find relatively inexpensive fans that are quiet, but of course they will still move air. Most people need fans just to move air, not move it in exorbitant amounts.
If you have a fan controller or some other means of downvolting, pretty much any 140mm fan will be silent, it's just a matter of how low you need it to run. Despite differences between fan blade design and such, RPM is still the main factor in fan noise.
Scythe Kaze Maru2 140mm 800 RPM. Will be very quiet at stock speed, inaudible at 7V. Although some of the users claim they are inaudible at 800 RPM.

I say pick NONE.
Get ANY one of these, the best you can get producing near identical results having only a degree or two in temps and most are silent:
Scythe Slip Stream 140
Thermalright X Silent
Thermalright TY-140
Akasa Viper S-Flow
Silverstone AP-141
Aero Cool Shark - White Edition
I myself plan to buy 2 of the above to help cool my new SLI setup...
Good luck in finding one of the above fans.

Thanks for the replys. At first I would like to buy TY-140 but it's not available anymore here in Hungary
Ok about the linked fans, they look good but sadly the shipping to Hungary would be really expensive.
I chosed the mentioned two fans because, they have good price and I can buy it in the shop near to me.
About the list
Scythe Slip Stream 140 -> I didn't find any shop near to me where they sell it on good price
Thermalright X Silent -> Same as the Slip Stream
Thermalright TY-140 -> discontinued
Akasa Viper S-Flow -> Not available here, I only found 120mm version
Silverstone AP-141 -> It's really expensive considered to the Vortex/Golf. I can buy two and a half Vortex/Golf for this price
Aero Cool Shark - White Edition -> It's looks good and not too expensive, but I didn't mentioned I don't really like LEDs. However I found it without LEDs.
What I didn't mentioned. I didn't got any fan controller. I just want to grab a few fans and make them run in silent

At 13~16db you wouldn't hear the fans in your case.
I have the CM690 II Advanced case and I purchased 3x Xigmatek XLF-F1455 140mm.
The rating of the fans were <16db and they were cheap, I can't hear them unless I put my ear to the case at point blank range.
Go the Bule Vortex 14 if they're cheap, they'll do the job fine.

Then go for the Aero Cool Shark cooler should it be available. Check several sites yourself and you'll see nothing but excellent reviews for this cooler.
As you mentioned you can get any colour such as black, white, red, blue, etc...
