I need a program to see when people from the list are available and when they're not. Based on this data I'll be creating events in calendar for everyone to see. And it would be even better if people from the list could set a time when they're available themselves. It seems like I can't find anything like that myself. I've created a dummy table in excel to show you the general idea: For example, when I'd see that at least 9 people available on some day, I'd make one kind of appintment in Google Calendar or whatever. When I'd see that there are 12 people available at some point of time, I'd create another event etc. I could do it in Excel manually but it will take me forever to calculate all of that data not to mention mistakes etc. I've found two services that will just might provide what I need: http://doodle.com/en_GB/ http://www.needtomeet.com/ Do you know any analogs?
Learn Visual Basic for Applications - a part of MS Office. If you know how to do it manually in Excel then you can automate it with VBA script in Excel.
