XFX GeForce 7950GT AGP (bridged) board here (PV-T71A-YDL3) with 512M memory at 1.2 GHz and core at 550 MHz (BR2-A04, PCI Device ID is 02E4). This GPU is supposed to have 6(24) PP units and 8 VP units. However, RivaTuner 2.01 only shows 4(16) PP and 5 VP units available (no units are masked). What's going on here -- how valid are these results? (Before we resort to shader and fill rate tests.) My guess is, the mask is decoded incorrectly by RivaTuner for this adapter type because it's not nVidia reference design (and not supported by official drivers without INF modding)? Hardware or software masked units, if there were any, would have shown up as present but disabled (rather than missing altogether) -- correct? Possibly a limitation of the bridge chip?
