    Hello gurus,

I am having a rather strange poping noise in my Right headphone for the last couple of weeks, no matter what settings I use it will not go away however I might have brought this problem upon myself....This motherboard has an Intergrated audio chip Realtech/Creative however I also have my soundcard installed on the system as well, the card is a Soundblaster Recon Fatality 3d.

    1) Schould I take out the soundcard and see if that makes a diffrence?
    2) Which is better the onboard audio chip vs my soundcard?> Which one would be better to use?

Headphones are Sennheiser Hd 280 Pro

    Thanks guys.Nz
