Now I have a PhysX card, I wouldn't mind checking out some games with decent PhysX effects in them

Anyone know some good ones I should try ?

Tech / Demos are welcome too

I think Mafia 2 used Physx, don't know how well though. BiA: Hells Highway too.

It's pointless tech anyway, IMO. Never understood its existence, only very small percent of users were able to use it. I thought it died long time ago tbh. I was playing on consoles last couple of years, so I'm little out of touch.

But if You have capable hardware, You might as well try it.

I think Lords of the Fallen was supposed to have some pretty cool physics effects? You can check that out. :) XD:D

Blackflag has horrible physx. It's basically just turbulent smoke but it tanks the FPS worse than any implementation I've seen. Warframe has some damn cool effects.

warframe of the top of my head, and after playing it with physx it looks like crap without them so far so that i could no longer play it without physx, if the implementation is good physx add quite a bit eye candy to games, that's why i will never go amd

Think I own BL2 too, what a time for my net speed to drop, damn scaffolders cut one of my phone line wires, killed the landline and halved my net speed - have to wait for them to take it all down before i can get it fixed

That right there is absolute drivel ! Explain to us how it is pointless? Seeing more realistic particle effects, cloth movement, ragdoll effects ect.. That's exactly the kind of attention to detail that makes the game that more fun. I see you have a AMD 7770.. And that would pretty much explain everything.. :nerd:

Very bold idiotic thing to say, I can't play Borderlands 2 without Psex, and all other games that were mentioned are super awesome with that.

Let say, the real problem of PhysX it have never been used as main physic engine.... well im not sure it could if you dont have 3 gpu only for calculates.

When i see what we are able to do with professional software like Maya ( or Blender ) in term of physics.. How with Inventor and other software we are able to simulate a complete engine, mechnanics, or what could happend in real life during an tempest, even earthquake for test our materials.. and in game we are really still so much limited. But thats an other topic.
