Alright so I'm running the newest Afterburner 2.2.3 but the versions before this one had the same problem. I can record fine in bf3 everything maxed recording i get around 70-85 fps and when I go to play back the video using wmp or vlc it runs great unless i record at full frame. If i record at full frame the video is extremely skippy like flashcards. And if I record at half frame it runs fine. I didn't used to have this problem and I'm not sure why I have it now but it prevents me from recording at full frame. anyone know why it would do this?

Try forcing vertical sync and see if it makes a difference.

In short, something has changed on your PC; like a new driver or something, but unless you know what, it won't be easy to find.
