3D Prophet 4000xt refresh rate probs

    Ever since installing this card, i havent been able to change the refresh rate to above 60 Hz, and every time windows starts, my monitor goes on standby mode for a second then displays the desktop. I uninstalled the old card's drivers and have the latest 4in1 and graphics drivers. any suggestions?<br>

    installed the latest monitor drivers as well (monitor is Viewsonic E50)
